 Booking process

Do I need an account with you to book an activity?

No, there is no customer account, you can book your activity at any time.

 

Do I have to enter my credit card details to book?

Yes, the payment details are necessary to make a booking. We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard and Sofortüberweisung.

Some ski schools also offer payment by invoice, no credit card details are required.

 

Discount and cancellation information

If you book online, you can get up to a 5% early booking discount on the ski or snowboard course up to 30 days before arrival, and up to 10% on the rental! You also benefit from the free cancellation option up to the last day.

 

Is the booking binding?

Once you have made your payment, the booking is binding. Cancellation is always possible until 24 hours before the start of the service.

 

Do we charge a booking fee?

No, the booking is free of charge for you.

 

Can I ask the ski school directly?

On the offer page of the provider there is a blue bar at the bottom - "Not found what you are looking for?". - Email address & phone number of the provider. Here you can contact the provider directly & clarify open questions with him.
