Ski schools and ski areas in Oetz!

 

The old settlement history of Oetz - known as "Ez" in the Ötztal dialect - is still being rediscovered by interested visitors in the historic town center with its tower museum and old walls.

The village has developed over the years, but despite modern infrastructure facilities, including sports and shopping opportunities, it has lost none of its flair. Ski region Hochoetz.

Only a few minutes separate Oetz from the ski region Hochoetz, which is located above, and the ascent by gondola is directly from the village.

For winter vacationers, the motto is: no long journey, no parking lot search, just skiing.

The free ski bus takes you to the entrance to the gondolas of the Acherkogel cable car, from there it goes up to over 2,000 meters above sea level to the snow paradise of the Hochoetz ski region. The area scores not only with its location, family-friendly offers and the snow guarantee trigger storms of enthusiasm among young and old.

And if that's not enough, the ski pass purchased in Hochoetz automatically conquers two ski areas: Hochoetz and the neighboring Kühtai.

A total of 24 lifts and 80 kilometers of slopes are available with the Hochoetz ski pass. One thing is guaranteed in any case: pure enjoyment of the sun - the Hochoetz ski region is among the Top 5, the sunniest ski areas in Austria.
