The Patscherkofel, the "Innsbruck's local mountain" is 1,390 metres above the city, where you will find the right conditions for skiing, snowboarding and all kinds of winter sports. The varied terrain offers family-friendly downhill runs and challenges for ambitious athletes.


The ski area has 1 new facility, at Römerstraße 81 and 5 more T-bar lifts or children's lifts. The 19 km of perfectly groomed pistes attract with best conditions on sunny and varied terrain. Snow is guaranteed by a snowmaking system. Special highlights are the 7.5 km long run from the top station down to the valley station of the new Patscherkofelbahn in Römerstraße 81 as well as the World Cup slope as part of the Olympic run. There are numerous opportunities to stop for refreshments from the top to the valley. At the Patscherkofel, a breathtaking panorama over Innsbruck opens up, with views from the Wipptal valley over the Stubaital and Inn valley, as well as the opposite Nordkette chain.

Enjoy the fantastic skiing experience and discover the Patscherkofel "on the tracks of the stars". Whether you choose the sporty Olympic slope, the World Cup slope or the family slope, there is something for everyone. There is also a well-kept stopover from the summit to the valley, at the Patscherkofel Gipfelstube, in the Patscherkofel refuge, in the new Das Kofel Restaurant, on the Hochmahdalm and on the Patscher Alm, in the Alpengasthof Heiligwasser with new piste connection, in the Tee Hütt'n as well as in the new restaurant Das Hausberg.
