Ski schools and ski courses in the ski area Brixental

More than 284 honest and perfectly groomed kilometres of slopes, 90 modern lifts, 81 rustic family-run huts with sun terraces and service, panoramic views of over 70 3,000-metre mountains, the ALPENIGLU® village, 3 fun parks, adventure slopes, illuminated toboggan runs, Austria's largest night skiing area and many other experiences await you and all this only 1 hour from Munich! Welcome to Brixen im Thale, Ellmau, Going, Hopfgarten, Itter, Kelchsau, Scheffau, Söll and Westendorf.

Brixen also offers numerous opportunities for an easy start in winter sports: the Ski School Aktiv (at the valley station) and the Ski School Bressanone im Thale (mountain station Hochbrixen) offer ski courses, snowboard courses, private lessons - with individual professional training from beginner to expert. A separate practice lift on the mountain for beginners with an easier slope makes it easier to get started, and there are also many easy and medium difficulty slopes for beginners. The valley run (1b) from Hochbrixen also takes beginners safely and relaxed into the valley.
With the "Children's Ski World" practice area in Hochbrixen with Bobo's Miniclub (3-4 years) and the Children's Club (from 3 years), its own practice lift, the Active Children's Land with different levels of difficulty and two conveyor belts, Brixen offers the best conditions for beginners of all ages and for holidays with the kids. Many wide and perfectly groomed pistes invite you to enjoy a skiing experience together for young and old. The ALPENIGLU® village of Hochbrixen not only offers a cool lounge to hang out in for all snow bunnies and sun worshippers, but also exciting experiences with a great ice exhibition for the whole family. Particularly attractive: ski depots directly at the valley and mountain stations of the Hochbrixen cable car - who wants to be a ski tow on holiday?
Demanding skiers will find a variety of slopes of different levels of difficulty in Bressanone/Brixen: for example, the descent from the summit of the Hohe Salve (accessible via Hopfgarten or Söll) over the southern slope is a special experience, but the slopes of the Kälbersalven lifts are also popular with carving fans. No less than three valley runs are available in Brixen: The "regular" valley run with many medium-slope slopes and exciting crossings, the unique "Kaslach" natural snow run (only open when snow conditions permit - this one, too, with several steep sections and terrain edges) and of course a very special tip for experts: the Tanzer run: one of the most beautiful valley runs in the SkiWelt. The landscape is particularly attractive, simply to enjoy. A bus shuttle service will take you back to the valley station in Brixen. And another tip: directly from the valley station of Bressanone the SkiWelt cable car takes you to the opposite side of the valley to Westendorfer Choralpe. From here, one of the most demanding slopes leads down into the valley: the Kandler run: varied, with many crossings, wide slopes for carving and fast passages - simply a pleasure.
