Ski course and ski rental in the ski region Kitz Ski

The KitzSki ski region offers you 230 snow secure slopes and 57 modern lifts, including the Streif and the famous Hahnenkamm run.

KitzSki is short for the excellent ski resort Kitzbühel / Kirchberg in Tyrol. Excellent, because it has been voted the best ski area in the world by sites such as skiresort.de. Why is that? That is easy: 230 snow secure kilometres of slopes, under which 41 kilometres of marked ski routes in all levels of difficulty and the KitzSki Big Five, the 5 best and most varied runs, as well as 57 modern lifts, can all be found here, accompanied by the incredible beauty of nature. The Streif, the run on which the world-famous Hahnenkamm race is held every year, is also located in the ski area. Due to ski racing being a big thing here, you can find the KitzSki Racing Centre at the Resterkogel, where you can improve your racing technique with the help of professionals. Freestylers will feel at home in QPark in Kitzbühel and at the Kitzbühler Horn you can find a new snow park that is also suitable for beginners.

KitzSki is especially popular with families and not just for its great price promotions. The infrastructure on the mountains is also designed for families. The KitzSki Bärenland, for example, is an exciting skill course, over 500 meters in length with a slalom track, dwarf gates and obstacles that require balance and skills on skis. The mini-Streif is a skill course at the Ganslernbahn with attractions, such as the mouse trap, the mountain goat, the steep slope and the “Hausbergkante” recreated for the smallest ski stars. The mini-Streif can be found at the practice lift and can be used free of charge, as are all practice lifts of the family friendly ski resort KitzSki. Speaking of practice lifts: the local ski and snowboard schools help your kids or even yourself to learn how to ski with a lot of fun and ease. The first turns take place on the flat practice areas before they move on to the big slopes. Depending on your level of skill and learning goal, you can choose your suitable course online and book it straight away. Buying ski equipment might not be your first priority, however you might know that the right equipment is already half the battle, you can reserve the ski or snowboard equipment online. Thus, this part of the holiday planning is done, and you can now focus on other things. For example, the planning of further holiday activities. We are also happy to help you with this: how about a fun toboggan ride or night skiing at the Gaisberg or ski touring on the many ski touring trails – from slope to terrain? Winter hiking is also an option in the ski area KitzSki, the Winter Hiking ticket allows you to ascend and descend with selected lifts, and up on the mountain you can explore the beautiful landscape on foot by using the prepared hiking trails and treat yourself to delicious delicacies at one of the rustic ski huts.
